Henry Turley Company has been repurposing industrial sites and underused space downtown for almost five decades. Recent projects include the revitalization of Central Station and its environs. With Orleans Station, we are partnering with UTHSC to transform 10 acres adjacent to the UTHSC campus to create a walkable, bikeable, fully realized urban neighborhood—and a compelling new housing option for UTHSC students, faculty and staff, and people who work nearby.
